The Instrument Division of Yokogawa Digital produce a range of in-circuit programmers for FLASH based microcontrollers. The units can be used in the lab or are suitable as test heads in a production environment. Control software is also available as well as production-line pass/fail indicator drivers. A list of currently supported devices is available here. The vendors are: Fujitsu, Renesas (formerly Hitachi and Mitsubishi), Panasonic (Matsushita), Freescale (Motorola), NEC, OKI, Sharp, Sony, TI and Toshiba. Custom target interfaces can be designed including using standard protocols such as CAN.
Some Yokogawa Digital data sheets have Japanese fonts which Western versions of Acrobat Reader do not have as default. You can download the required Japanese font pack here (5.6MB). Once the pack is installed, Japanese fonts will be viewable (in Acrobat 4 and later).
